Hello

I grew up in DC without my father and this left a profound effect on my life. It impacted every area of my life and I have been determined to give to those who need the love, guidance, and mentorship I did not receive when I was young. My passion for teaching, training, and mentoring started in 1998 when he led a youth group at his church in Baltimore, called Boys to Men. This was the beginning of a lifelong mission to help build and develop strong young men. In 2016 this journey led him to Memminger Elementary School where he helped to start the organization he now runs.

I believe in educating our youth, however, I also believe in the importance of building character and want every young person to become the best version of themselves.
